At the Institute for Integrative nutrition, I studied hundreds of dietary theories and learned practical lifestyle coaching methods. Most diets focus on what you can’t have—and make you feel pretty darn guilty for slipping up.
My approach is different. Instead of making lists of things you can’t eat, I coached my clients to create a happy, healthy relationship with food that’s free of denial and discipline and supports an on-the-go lifestyle. And while I’m no longer accepting clients, I’m friends with health coaches who are and feel the same way I do!
No one diet works for everyone. Together with your health coach, you will explore concerns specific to you and your body, look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole, and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
